I have had this problem for a while now, but every time i try to change/upgrade my order to fibre using the Product Change Tool in the Member Centre; it only comes up with the broadband package i already have, after i click the 'Change My Products' button.
I tried calling but i was on hold 15+ mins, so gave up with that.
Would like to know if upgrading my product online stills works or do i have to call up?

Don't do it on-line! You'll end up paying the full price with no initial discount.
Find out how much it would cost to move to another ISP and then ring as Jim suggested.
