Cancelling a home move - can't contact anybody over the phone!

Hi

How do I cancel/delay a house move that has already been ordered? I have tried replying to open tickets and ringing to no avail. An engineer was due to visit our new address on 5/11/2018 but as this move  has been delayed (long story), I now need to cancel the move until we have a definite completion date.

Hi

Phoned the number you gave (again) still no one picking up after 40 mins. I'm tying this while waiting. I just need the engineer appt cancelling for my new address and service being maintained at my current address. I just don't want to lose service in a vitally important week for ourselves. Why is it so hard to speak to anyone?
