So, having had a nightmare last week when I was supposed to be activated, I discovered that fibre wasn't available. Switched to broadband, later found out that wasn't available.
After spending a few hours on the phone I eventually cancelled the account and had emails confirming this. However I had an email and another text last night confirming my broadband will be activated 30th August.
Does nobody speak to one another at Plusnet? I've since switched to Virgin, so would really appreciate not having my service with them ruined by Plusnet too.
I've tried customer services but every single option for contacting is busy.
