I wouldn't want to speculate on an activation date just yet @seancowling, although, mid-way through writing this response, I thought I'd have another look at BT's Availability Checker, and am glad to see that the G marker that was preventing us from placing an order has now been lifted!
A new Fibre order has now been placed, so we'll be expecting a confirmed activation, or re-activation date by tomorrow. If you'd like to give me a nudge on here later this evening though, I'll be happy to have a look for you.

Can you please provide an update to this? Has a date been set and have Plusnet asked for this to be brought forward?

I've just responded to the ticket @seancowling
Looks lie your broadband will be going live on Thursday, a much earlier date than anticipated in all honesty, I'm presuming this is because the jumpers have been left in the cabinet.

Hi Sean,
I'm glad to see that we've managed to get your fibre order back in place.
I've submitted an expedite request to our suppliers to try to bring this forward from the 10th.
Once I've got a response which should be within the next 24 hours, I'll let you know.

I've chased this up and the order is now expedited for tomorrow by midnight.
Keep your router plugged in & switched on in the meantime as your broadband may start working before then.

Dropping a quick note to say the broadband came back online yesterday evening. I had to re-login using the admin password, and change the user to my username... @plusnet, but seems to be working great now.
