I placed a BT to Plusnet migration order yesterday evening (06/04/17) but forgot to create it via the Quidco link necessary for cashback.
How may I go about rectifying this oversight, please? Do I have to cancel my initial order; enabling an immediate reorder via Quidco, or is there perhaps another solution?

In order to re-order through quidco, you would unfortunately need to cancel the order you've placed, as you've said.
The quickest way to do this would be to give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting the option for thinking of leaving)
I've checked the wait times and there's currently no wait for this department
When signing up the new account, you'd also need to choose a new username.
