I ordered fibre broadband with Plusnet last week and now want to cancel -- I've been charged an installation fee and the amount for the first month. Does anyone know if these will be refunded to me if I cancel? My service isn't due to be installed until February 27th.

You're currently within your 14 day cooling off period from when you first signed up to us. If you contact us on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting option 1, then option 2) the Customer Options team will be able to provide a full refund and process the cancellation.
