Cancel request when service have not been activated

Hi,
I ordered my broadband on 22/10/2017 and yet it has not been activated (not even an activation date has been communicated to me). I tried to contact you via chat but it is not available. I tried to contact you via phone and there is an automated message saying that I should wait 45 minutes. Sincerely I won't need to stay with you for one year to understand that Plusnet services are poor and that it is better stay with my more expensive though reliable operator.
Do you know if I can request the cancellation of my request considering that none of them has been activated?
