Cancel my order

Please can you cancel my order and refund my £30 asap. I signed up On Monday 28th and it looks like my order is stuck !! I have now found another supplier and am being activated on 19th october. I cannot get through to customer services and I NO LONGER WANT TO PRCEED. Please cancel ASAP. Thanks

I'm considering doing likewise, I've just read the terms and conditions and I don't think posting on here would be sufficient to cover yourself. As no one seems to be able to get through to customer services, I suspect you may need to send a recorded delivery letter to the address in 19.2.2 below. Good luck.

 

19.2. Communicating with us: If you wish to give us notice, you must do so by
either:
19.2.1. phoning our customer service team; or
19.2.2. writing to Plusnet Plc, The Balance, 2 Pinfold Street, Sheffield, S1
2GU.

@Bullfrog is correct - cancellation is only possible via either phone or letter.

Thanks for your help. Now that I have a new provider and activation date I don’t want Plusnet to finally decide to start my order and mess everything up with my new provider. I wish I had never signed up 😢
