Can you confirm that my order has been placed
I have placed an order for a fiber broadband and paid for the router cost. However I have not received a confirmation email, and nothing in my account shows that I placed the order. Can you please confirm the status of my order please?

I can confirm that the upgrade has gone through and the date for your fibre service to go live is the 10th of September.
You should receive the router a few days before then.
