I'm moving to Plusnet from TalkTalk. The transfer date is 18 or 19 December depending on which part of my account profile I look at. The router hasn't yet arrived and it appears from my account that the order hasn't been made. I want to talk to someone about it but can't get through to the service centre on the phone and can't disable Adblocker to access the online chat facility. What do I do?
