Can't find out what's happening with my move to Plusnet

I'm moving to Plusnet from TalkTalk.  The transfer date is 18 or 19 December depending on which part of my account profile I look at.  The router hasn't yet arrived and it appears from my account that the order hasn't  been made.  I want to talk to someone about it but can't get through to the service centre on the phone and can't disable Adblocker to access the online chat facility.  What do I do?

If you wait someone from Plusnet will pick this up soon enough I'm sure and you'll be able to progress your query further.
