Hi there. Anyone else coming up with an error in completing the process of changing their package? Get to the last page and then get a message saying 'something's gone wrong'. No customer services available (which is expected)
Hi Having exactly the same issue tried to upgrade to voicemail extra. They removed the voicemail completely with all the messages from my customers. Now it just says awaiting activation with error message. I raised the issue on Friday but i am still waiting. As you said no one answering the phones.
