Can't change hub delivery address

Hey Plusnet,
I requested an upgrade to fibre on 18.01. Received the confirmation mail, but that's been it. I've checked the BT ADSL checker and can see the order is due to complete on 30.01. Looking at the account summary, I can see the order in there (although dated in the 1970's!'). The order status for the new hub only brings up the delivery info for the router which was delivered in 2014. I can't amend the order delivery address for the new hub. I've attached screenshots showing what I mean.
Help!

From what I can see the new router has already been ordered to your current address.
If this needs changing drop me a PM with the address and we'll get this changed for you
