The phone lines and chat appear to be switched off, I tried twitter but haven't received a response.
I've upgraded my broadband to fibre, which is supposed to be happening today (15th). I not heard anything since placing the initial order and still haven’t received my new router. Can someone from Plusnet check the status of my order and confirm if the router has been dispatched please? Currently on the Account Summery it’s just listed as ‘Buy’.
