Hi. I'm only 3 months into a 18 month contract. At some point can i upgrade to fibre if i wanted to? On the product change page there is nothing to indicate i can?

You can upgrade at any time during your service with us. I would suggest checking around our affiliates like MSE, comparethemarket.com, broadband genie for a general price guide on Fibre. You can even mention these deals to our advisors as they will be able to discuss matching them or getting as close as possible in price to them.
You will need to ring our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632. They are open:
8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 7pm Saturday
9am - 6pm Sunday
