I’m hoping that someone can help me or give me some advice please.
I signed up for broadband on 10th July.
My phone line was activated by an engineer on 21st July but I haven’t heard anything since about when my broadband service will start.
I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for 48 hours to speak to customer services about this. Most of the time my calls were not even answered. On the rare occasion I got through to the system, I was put on hold, often for over an hour each time! Only once was I actually able to speak to someone (called James) who said he needed to transfer my call to the provisioning department. I was then put on hold again, this time for 80 minutes, after which time I gave up.
This is appalling customer service; certainly the worst I’ve ever experienced.
If anyone working for Plusnet reads this comment, I would really appreciate a response, preferably with a date as to when I can expect my broadband service (which I’ve paid for!) to start.
