Can I get updates on my order please?

Hi, I did order plusnet broadband on 11 December, last Friday I get email: Due to a technical issue, our suppliers have had to cancel your current order. This will take 24-48 hours to complete. Once this order has successfully cancelled, we will replace your orders manually. We have been asked to review your order on 15/01/19 for further updates, when hop[efully we can then replace the orders. So today I didn’t get any update, can I just ask how long more I need to wait? Thanks:)
