Can I extend my activation date?

Not long just signed up for BB + line rental, but I have stupidly done it too early as my old supplier will be charging me a fee for leaving earlier than my contract. Can I extend my activation date by about 1 month? , or do I have to fill in the cancellation form?

Welcome to the Forums!
This should not be an issue really - we'd just need to know some specifics regarding dates etc.
You can either give our Provisioning Team a ring and explain it, they would be able to do it on the phone there and then, or let us know the date on here and one of us will pick it up and make the changes then let you know when it's be done / if there are any other bots of info we need.

My activation date is 5/9/18 , but I still haven't received any router in the post yet. Any update when this will be sent? I don't want to be waiting to the last minute, and it hasn't been ordered

I am really sorry that you haven't had updates regarding the router delivery.
I have checked through your order and confirmed with our suppliers to be sure and your phone and broadband is still due to activate on 05/09/18 as you mentioned.
Regarding your router I have arranged dispatch on this earlier this afternoon. while they are sent royal mail first class delivery with a standard lead time of 3-5 working days, often they can arrive a lot sooner.

Hi,
My service is up + running, thankyou to all that helped extend my activation date.
I now have a problem with my new bill which looks like I will be getting charged another upfront line rental payment of £197.88, when I payed it upfront on the day of ordering.
Can someone please look into this please to make sure I'm not seeing things

I was told on 20th September I would be due my line rental saver refund within 2 weeks in the form of a cheque because I have now paid it twice,but nothing has arrived yet.
Any update on the cheque?
