Broadband

I signed up to broadband and paid for everything on the 10th of September and am yet to here anything back!!! I need WiFi for the 30th as I am going back to uni. I have tried to contact plusnet via Instagram, online, twitter and was on hold for 2 hours with no answer. Please help!

I am STILL yet to hearing anything about my order. I placed it on the 10th of September and am yet to hear anything. I have tried phoning (when the service is available (rarely) it is hours to wait), Instagram, Facebook and twitter and have had no response, this is TERRIBLE customer service.
I would like to cancel my plus net account as the money was taken out of my account nearly a month ago with nothing to show for it. I am so angry as need to work from home and have no option to do this. I have never had customer service this poor.

I'm really sorry for the delay. I can see you've since rang our provisions team and we've progressed your order. I can confirm your services are due to go live on 09/10/20 before midnight, you should receive your new router before then too. 

I'll follow things up with you the next working day after the 12/10/20 to make sure everything's working as it should be. I'll also be happy to discuss a goodwill gesture for the hassle we've caused by the delay.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
