First week of October upgraded broadband to Fibre Extra and also moved phone account from BT to Plusnet Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls plan.
Confirmation email was received 24th October confirming broadband had completed and phone transfer order had been placed.
Confirmation email received 1st November informing that all services were live.
I can confirm that the broadband is working well with download speeds averaging 73Mbps, but to date the Home phone control panel is not available.
My Account states that my product is Plusnet Unlimited rather than Unlimited Fibre Extra and the latest bill issued today is the old products price.
BT have confirmed the transfer of the phone account.
Can someone confirm what is happening with this account.
