I've posted previously but it was a bit garbled,so a new post i'm afraid.
From 13th May supposed to be getting fibre 38-40mb (still getting anything from16-18mb at the moment)
New router in and on, filter and cable changed too.
Speed checks show that it's now BT providing not PlusNet (I know they're the same )
Is there anything else that I need to do ?
Tried ringing and not getting anywhere and don't do Twitter.

Ok now , Openreach hadn’t connected , received a call from engineer and seems to be all set up . Note to self...Patience is a virtue 😀
