Broadband supposed to be activated today. Still says "checking your line"

Hi, my plusnet broadband is supposed to be activated today and my old provider cut off service in the early hours of the morning. I have set up the new router yet still have no access to the internet. My account says that you’re doing final line checks which it has been on for over a week. NowTV Broadband is no longer working as they have cut me off

I have checked your order and it has completed. I can also see an active connection with data transferring, can you confirm you are all up and running?
