Broadband service not active

I made a new contract for broadband on the 20th of November, phone line was active on the 23rd and internet was due to become active my midnight on 2nd of December which didn't happened. In my order menu I have only this: Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}. I receieved the router last week.

How long should I still wait for the line to become active? Thanks.
