this is a dumb question but I wait til after midnight to set the hub up ? The engineer set the hub up and it's been on Orange , sometimes w a red/orange colored 'b' below. All the checks he's done on the line show the broadband to be working or at least will be able to work.The phone socket is a BT OpenReach MK4 model.
I believe to have replied to your PM since this post. Still can't see an active connection on our radius server. Let us know if you have any problems configuring your router with your username and password.
