When I placed an order with 'Plusnet' I believed my broadband would be transferred to 'Plusnet' on the same day as my phone service.
Sadly this is not the case. I could be without internet for upto 2 days depending on when both are migrated. (I.e 00:01 one day to 23:59 the next day)
My current provider transferred them on the same day so disappointed 'Plusnet' aren't.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I hope that isn't the case and wonder if it is part of the Plusnet system where phone transfers are deemed to start at the end of the preceding day and broadband at the end of the start day
Of course I could be completely wrong
I can confirm that both orders will complete on the same day, due to the type of transfer done, there will be a small amount of downtime whilst the actual transfer takes place, but nothing too long.
Our system confirms the following day for broadband completion and states up to midnight where it should be midnight of the same day the phone transfers, if there are any issues on the day please let us know
