Broadband ordered September '16- due date now Feb '17

I ordered broadband and phone in September and i still have not got it.  the date has been put off now till 6th February.  They do not seem to understand that the ducting work was done two months ago and a neighbour has plusnet.  They do not listen, they do not care and are not helping to sort out the problem.
