Broadband order "ready to use" but no internet

Hi, I received a confirmation email that my broadband order is ready (as my old internet disconnected this morning).

 

However there is no internet. The hub is using setup@plusdsl.net and if I change it to my details, the light goes red and is unable to connect.

 

I've tried using the pin in the back to reset, still nothing.

Fix

Never mind, I fixed it - I had to reset my password online, and use the new password on the hub. Even though the old password was correct (I had to enter the old one to reset anyway so...)
