Broadband order has been delayed.
I recently received an order that my newly purchased broadband package has been delayed. Calling Plusnet has not worked since no one is picking up.
Could you please look into this issue for me?

Thanks for signing up and I'm sorry to see you're having issues getting an update.
I can see your full fibre order is what's known as KCI2 Assure, which means our suppliers will need to carry out some external work first before an engineer can install the service at your property.
I've been in touch with our suppliers helpdesk, and the agent's advised the order's with their "Service Delivery" engineers to figure out what work's needed and carry out the external work.
At this stage the appointment which is arranged for the 4th November is just provisional and might not go ahead, depending on if the external work is done in time by then.
I've been given a review date of the 21st October and we'll update you as soon as we know more.
