I received an email from plusnet saying:

We can confirm that your order for Home Phone has now been cancelled.

I have just moved into the property. This is the 2nd time it was canceled without my consent, the first time I did not receive an email and when I rang I was advised to re-place my order. After replacing my order it has been canceled a second time, when I received the above email. I can't contact customer services on sunday other than on here(!). My first order was over a month ago. Please resolve this ASAP.
