Hi, I ordered fibre broadband with a connection date of 7th July. The router arrived yesterday, 8th July, but I've not been told when the changeover will occur following late delivery.. Is there a way to find out? Working from home at the moment and an unexpected downtime would be difficult! Disappointing, and frustrating, that neither online chat or phone call available. Thanks, Rupert
