Hi, so I placed my order a couple weeks back for fibre and a phone line, the engineer came on the 31st and activated the phone line, I got the text from plusnet early morning on August 1st to say my broadband was active but it's still not working. I have the wires plugged in correctly, I waited until after midnight. Help chat is down and last time I tried to call the helpline it was too busy that it didn't even accept my call. I'm being told my next bill is on August 3rd, but we haven't even got online yet. Any clue on what to do? I'm out of data on my phone now and having to buy add ons almost daily because we expected the broadband to be up by now, really getting a bit fed up of waiting!
