Broadband not activated

My broadband was due to be activated yesterday and this has not happened. My phoneline has transferred but I've had no updates on the broadband. How can I get this working asap?

I can see that your service went active roughly 2 hours ago (almost at the same time as you making this post) as you called our service lines.

I now haven't received my email to apply for my £65 Reward card. Are the issues linked? I'd like my email asap.
