Broadband not activated loss of service

Broadband due to go live yesterday 15th, switch from Sky.
Sky disconnected at 08.00am, it's now 23 hours later and Plusnet has not connected my broadband. Online BroadBand troubleshooter gives an error response, live chat offline and phone lines offline,
I was not notified that there would be any loss of service, plusnet have not contacted me at all.
Please assist

See my post, I have had a similar experience. Hopefully you haven't lost an important land-line number.
