Broadband not activated again

I have moved house, given an activation date of 20/10/2020, received a text to state my home phone service is ready to use but I am still yet to have internet?

 

After last time I went through this and waited 6 weeks with no internet I am getting rather fed up of the activation dates being incorrect.

 

Can someone please let me know what is happening with my broadband? Nobody answering the questions on my account either. I just want to know when I will actually get the service I pay for?
