Hey,

We was meant to have our broadband fitted the 31st of March. And the equipment was being sent to me. Can you let me know if it has been sent and if the fitting will be going ahead?

You install the supplied router yourself.
If you're needing Broadband line installing, you may well suffer a long wait
from O/Reach because of current scenario Sad
