Hi,
I received a text at 9:45pm last night saying that the line installation I was supposed have put in today has been cancelled until June! I now understand that Openreach are not sending engineers out until June at the earliest
Turns out Virgin are still doing installs so want to book with them, but need to ensure I can cancel Plusnet, which is tricky when can't get through to anyone.
Any advice gratefully received.
