Broadband going live


Placed order for broadband and phone on the 22nd of September. Got the phone line going 3 weeks afterwards. After requesting an update on my order here, been told going live for the broadband was 23, than 24th of October. Got the router last week and waited yesterday for some information on line activation but got nothing. Could somebody please check what's going on?

Sorry to hear your broadband service isn't working yet.

It looks like this is due to your order being stuck due to a open exception on the line. They've raised a bridge case to get the order moving and we should know more by the 30th
