Broadband coming active in 5 days and no router dispatch message

As the subject states I've received a text saying broadband to be active by midnight on Saturday but I'm still yet to receive any notification of my router being delivered. Is this normal? Concerned my router won't arrive. Will have been a two and a half week wait on Saturday.

Routers are usually despatched on a JIT (Just In Time) policy, so expect it on Fri / Sat.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
