I recently swapped from Virgin .. well attempted to swap .. my installation engineer came, left as there was a problem setting up the line 5 days ago ... I can't get through eiterh by chat or telephone, can't even get through to hold !! have used facebook messager ... have raise a support call via the web ... and have had nothing back, no update, no internet, no phone.
What more am I meant to do .. suggestions welcome .. so, so, mislead by their adverts around customer service
