Broadband and phone line not activated
I recently signed up for Plusnet broadband. I've received my router and today got the notification that both my phone line and broadband were activated.
I've plugged in the router and phone however both are not working - there is no ring tone on the line. I am using the master socket and have even removed the face plate and tried the connection here - still no ring tone. It would seem my line has not been activated after all?
There are no other lines in the property.
I've waited two weeks already, if this can't be rectified ASAP then I shall have no choice but to exercise my right to cancellation and go with Virgin instead.

If a fault was found on your line, this would have been escalated to our technical Support Team, who will have raised this with our suppliers. However it appears that the account has now been processed for closure.
