Broadband and Home Phone due to Transfer

Hi All,

I have recently set up a new account for fibre broadband and home phone line.  This is due to transfer on or around the 26th January 2017.

We have found a new property this weekend and are looking to move the beginning of March so just wonder if something could be done moving wise?

Sorry we were not planning of moving when account was set up but have had a change in circumstances.

I have done a check on the new address and it can receive fibre broadband.

Regards

MSauntson

I'd try CHAT option if you don't want to hang on phone.

Re: Broadband and Home Phone due to Transfer

Hi @msauntson and welcome to the community forums.

OK what you need to do with this is wait until you have confirmed the move is taking place and that you have a definite move date. Once you have this information you will need to contact our house moves team on 0800 013 2632 and then select option 1 then option 1 again. The team will check the line at the property and then advise you of what your options are.

yeah the order is committed for the 26/01/2017 and can take up to midnight to complete so everything is fine with your current property
