Broadband activation


I ordered my WiFi on 12/9/2020 and have received a text message informing me that my broadband service is due to become active by midnight on 19/9/2020. But since then, there is no communication after receiving the router in mid-September. My order tracker is also stuck on 'ACTIVATING YOUR LINE: Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed.'

Is it possible to give me an update concerning the activation? I really need to use it for my work. Thanks in advance!
