My fibre broadband was supposed to go live from midnight. I’m waiting for a notification that service is now active so I can set up my router. I’ve no idea how long this process takes and Plusnet’s given no time frame for this.

Correction: broadband service should’ve gone live by midnight last Saturday.

Have you plugged in your router to what happens? it's not going to do any harm.
