Broadband activation?

I was given an activation date of 26/6/19 (up to midnight) but it hasn't happened. An email or text telling me it's been put back, and a new date for activation, wouldn't go amiss. I know it's only been one day but it's quite important to know precisely as I need to work at home.

Hi there.

I'm sorry to see your order is delayed, I can see our suppliers left the following note on the order yesterday morning.

Good Morning, A failure occurred during the final testing of this order. There is currently under investigation and we do not have a Resolution date. Please allow 5 Working Days for the Investigation to complete however we will be pushing for a quicker Resolution during this time. Review Date: 03/07/2019. Thank you.

I've however chased this up with Openreach now for more information, and I've been advised that the order is completed in their systems but it's still open in the BT applications. I've chased this up with BT and they're escalating this and brought forward the review date to 01/07/2019. We'll update you as soon as we know more.
