So I made a fibre order on the 15th of August and was given 8th and 9th September as activation dates for the phone line and broadband respectively. I received confirmation on the 8th that my phone line had been successfully activated, but it's now the 10th and still no news on broadband. I tried phoning customer service this morning and they were unable to give me any information; my order status shows online as completed but still no broadband! If a member of staff could advise that would be really helpful.

Sorry about the delay with your order. It looks like you've since contacted our support team and we've identified that the engineer found a problem with the service which needs resolving before the order completes.
