Broadband activation

We have had our router for a few days now but have had our home phone order cancelled twice now and restarted for no obvious reason.
Is the phone cancellation going to delay our broadband being activated and whether or not it is would it be possible to have a rough timeframe for when we might get broadband as it will have been 3 weeks since I placed the order tomorrow.

I am not sure many PN staff monitor this forum.

Probably best to call Cust Service on 0800 432 0200, from your mobile if you've no phone line?
