Hi. My phone line was switched over today as per all the communication I received and I had an email/text from plusnet at 4pm telling me this had been done. However my router still has the orange light on with the red flashing broadband light. Does anyone know how long after phone line activation the broadband starts up? Or is there something else I need to do?
