Hi,
We had an engineer out yesterday and have received a text to say the phone line is active. The router is still orange 24 hours later - when will this be activate? I really need the internet for work.
Really appreciate you all must be really busy and thank you for still working!

Hello, still no internet. Earlier today I did manage to get a blue light but all devices said no internet. It then went back to orange with orange b light on. I think from other chats in the forum the service has not been switched on? Could someone check for us please?
