Broadband activation

Activation date is today but still nothing...One more disappointment...

Activation can take any time up to midnight.

 

Hopefully a member of staff will give an update soon.

Hi there.

I've checked this for you and unfortunately the order we placed to provide a service was cancelled by the existing provider of the line.

The line at your address is showing as stopped now, so presumably they've ceased it due to previous tenants moving out.

I've placed an order to reactivate the phone line, which should happen tomorrow. Once that's completed, we'll place your broadband order for the soonest possible completion date though it would be around 5 working days depending on engineer availability.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
