Broadband activation following new line

BT open reach came this morning to sort my line following a house move. The engineer confirmed everything is up and running from their side but I still have no internet. I have received a text to say my phone line is active but nothing about my broadband. Does anyone have any idea how long this could take?

So far not so good with the home move service from plusnet! I'm really hoping this is not going to be another issue to make me question why I have signed up to a new contract.
